Perfection IS Possible

I have a new found respect for Gwyneth Paltrow. Where I once scoffed at her graceful cellulite-free legs as the product of good genetics (just like her movie career), I now gape in awe, mouth open and drooling with hunger. By trying the Tracy Anderson Method diet plan for just 3 days, I’ve learned that Gwyneth Paltrow, or GP, earns every ounce, or lack thereof, of that body she proudly displays on this month’s Harper’s Bazaar Cover.

For the last several years, I’ve watched my cousin in law transform just as GP has. She’s gone from beautiful blond with a few extra pounds, to beautiful blond supermodel. She’s now lean and svelte like a ballet dancer, but looks sturdy and strong. No wind will blow her over, despite long thin legs and jiggle free abs. At my Hawaii wedding this summer, she proudly thanked the Tracy Anderson Method for her body’s metamorphosis. Even my husband remarked that she looked “Hot!” Annoying, YES. But also very motivating.

I just had to try it. Read about what happened on my personal blog by clicking here!

  1. Excellent items from you, man. I have have in mind your stuff prior to and you are simply too excellent. I really like what you’ve bought here, really like what you are stating and the best way during which you say it. You make it entertaining and you continue to take care of to stay it smart. I can’t wait to read far more from you. This is actually a terrific site.

  2. I just randomly found this post, while I’ve had my omnicentric DVD set for over a year now I haven’t been able to fully commit to the program. Mostly due to the diet! You just described every thought process I had on the 7 days I was able to stomach it! I was so angry and yelled at my co-workers at all hours for their cookies, pickles, and real food while I was eating what I called “glorified baby food”. Thanks for posting!

I’m glad you enjoyed it! I honestly don’t understand how GP and Tracy can function on so little calories! I was a wreck.

Hm hm..i like this article..but what about working out with more intensity burning more calories and eating somewhat more? Also it is weird she says no weights no cardio ..if you eat like that, you dont even need to exercise you will loose weight :)

I totally agree with you. If we all starved ourselves OF COURSE we’d be skinny! Personally, I’ve lost 10 lbs. just keeping up my exercise routine and strictly cutting out gluten containing foods and limited other grains (corn, rice etc.). It’s been great because I haven’t felt like I have to deprive myself!

It’s completely unhealthy for ur body to follow the diet plan and still continue to push ur body to do the exercises. Google the article on Tracy Anderson’s method that the uk daily mail did. It explains in depth why this is such a horrific idea.

I actually linked to that UK Daily Mail article in the blog! This woman’s experience was far worse than mine. I still enjoy the Metamorphosis dvds, but strayed away from that starvation diet long ago!

A little disturbed that you really idolize GP for going to bed hungry at night…….
